As part of the Koinonia Community, seven students are invited to live on the first floor of the ECM building in single apartments. Community members agree to a covenant that asks each of them to meet weekly over a meal with table worship and discussion. In addition, everyone is expected to do specific housework as part of a cooperative living arrangement. Residents are also expected to participate in ECM's ministry at least three hours per week during fall/spring semesters, and 1.5 hours during the summer.

Rent includes all utilities, laundry, parking and basic telephone. The apartments rent for a range of values, depending on the size of the room. Interested parties are interviewed by current Koinonia residents after completing a written application.

The 2011-2012 residents of Koinonia are:

  • Jonathan Blum
