Space is available year-round at the ECM at 12th and Oread for public and private events.We have 3 different floors with different atmospheres including a kitchen, fireplace, plants and large windows; tables and chairs could seat 150 or just chairs 300. With recent upgrades of Heating and Air Conditioning Systems, these spaces are more comfortable than ever.
