An ECM Saturday is an occasion for "slowing down". There will be significant times of silence during the day for study, sleeping, meditation, journaling, fireplace gazing, etc. The basement, main floor and third floor of the ECM center will be available for use. The time together is open to anyone from the university or greater community.

Entry into this Saturday is only between 12:00 - 12:30 pm or at 2:30 pm when introductions will be made. Dinner together will include participating in conversation and worship centered on a selected theme. The "discipline" of the day requires all participants, when entry is made, to stay with those gathered at ECM until the end of the day at 7:15 pm. There will be a cost for food/drinks of $6. Reservations must be made by 4:00 pm of the prior Thursday.

Each Saturday will have a theme for participants to reflect upon if they so choose. Each person is asked to bring what they need for meditating, studying, and/or working on a paper. Please eat lunch before gathering at noon. Dinner will be vegetarian.
