Feedback & Grievances

It is the policy of ECM Community Center that services will be provided to all individuals without discrimination on the basis of marginalized identities, such as individuals with disabilities, varying racial and ethnic backgrounds, trans and queer identities, gender identities and expressions, religions, ages, and varying immigration statuses.

Everyone is welcome to share feedback or file a grievance if you feel you have been treated unfairly in any way. You will suffer no repercussions as a result of filing a grievance and retaliation against you is not allowed. All grievances will be addressed in a confidential manner.

If you have a grievance or recommendation, you should first discuss it with the ECM Staff you are working with and allow that person to resolve the issue. If this is not successful or if you feel this is not an option, you should proceed with the following steps:

  1. Fill out the form below, this may be done anonymously if preferred. You may also self-identify yourself but ask that it not go beyond the recipients of the form.

  2. The form will go to the ECM Board Chair (Drew Rosdahl) and ECM Board Secretary (Tatyana Younger). If the feedback or grievance involves one of them it will be handled by the other of them. If it involves both of them it will be forwarded to another board member (if you permit it below).

  3. If a response or action is requested (and you have provided contact information). A formal response will be addressed within 10 working days. The determination of the Board Chair and Secretary is final.
